Remote Solutions Consulting

These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Remote Solutions Consulting unless otherwise agreed to in writing.


1. Services Covered

Remote Solutions Consulting provides professional operational and administrative support services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Financial Operations Management and Reporting
  • Administrative and Property Management Support
  • CRM Administration, Configuration, and Ongoing Support
  • System administration, documentation, reporting, and coordination services

Services are administrative, operational, and support-based in nature.


2. Scope of Services

Services provided are defined by the subscribed service offering or agreed engagement and may evolve based on operational needs. Remote Solutions Consulting provides support, coordination, oversight, and documentation but does not act as a licensed accountant, auditor, property manager, legal advisor, or tax professional.

Any services outside the standard scope may require separate approval and additional billing.


3. Exclusions ​

Remote Solutions Consulting does not provide:

  • Legal advice or legal representation
  • Tax filing or certified accounting services
  • Auditing or forensic financial services
  • Licensed property management services
  • Guaranteed business, financial, or operational outcomes

All regulatory compliance, filings, and statutory obligations remain the responsibility of the Client and their designated professionals.


4. Subscription Billing and Payment​

Many services are billed as recurring monthly subscriptions through an automated payment processor. Subscription fees are billed at the start of each billing period and renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.

Clients are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. Failure to process payment may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.


5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of subscription-based services requires a minimum of thirty days written notice. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to support@remotesolutions.cloud and take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Partial-month refunds are not provided for subscription services.


6. Client Responsibilities ​

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide timely access to systems, data, and documentation required to perform services
  • Maintain sufficient funds for authorized payments and operations
  • Designate a decision-maker for approvals and escalations
  • Review reports and communications in a timely manner

Remote Solutions Consulting is not responsible for delays or issues caused by restricted access, missing information, or delayed approvals.


​ 7. Third-Party Systems and Platforms ​

Services may involve the use of third-party platforms including but not limited to CRM systems, accounting software, property management systems, payment processors, and communication tools. Remote Solutions Consulting is not responsible for outages, failures, data loss, or policy changes related to third-party systems.


8. Limitation of Liability​

Remote Solutions Consulting will perform services with reasonable care and professionalism. The Consultant is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client, third-party actions or failures, decisions made by the Client, or circumstances outside the Consultant’s control.  


9. Confidentiality

All non-public business, financial, and operational information accessed during the engagement will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services.  


10. Continuity of Services ​

Service agreements remain in effect despite changes in ownership, management, staffing, or internal roles within the Client organization unless formally terminated in accordance with these Terms.


11. Modifications to Terms

Remote Solutions Consulting reserves the right to update these Terms of Service as needed. Updated terms will be posted on the website and apply to ongoing services from the effective date forward  


12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which the Client operates.



By engaging services or maintaining an active subscription, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
