Core Administrative & Property Management Services
Administrative and property management support services may include, but are not limited to, the following operational functions.
Tenant & Lease Administration
Management of maintenance requests, vendor communications, work order tracking, and documentation within the property management system.
Property Management System Oversight
Ongoing administration and maintenance of property management platforms, including data accuracy, records management, and operational workflows.
Reporting & Documentation
Preparation of administrative summaries, status reports, and operational documentation for ownership review or coordination with third-party professionals.
Billing Structure
Services are billed monthly via an automatically renewing subscription. Payment is processed at the start of each billing period to ensure continuity of administrative support.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requires a minimum of thirty days written notice. Requests must be submitted in writing by email and take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Administrative and Property Management Support Services are provided independently of Financial Operations Management services and may be maintained, modified, or terminated separately in accordance with applicable Terms and Conditions.
